Mustang Throwing & Strength Camp 2026

Come for:

• Beginning and Advanced Shot Put & Discus Throwing Techniques

Where: Throwers Field/Cages on the Softball Field

Who: Open to all 9th -12th Graders

When: Thru February 5

Tues/Thurs: Throwers/Field Cages on the Softball Field 3:45 - 5:00 pm

Tuesdays: Weight Room 3:45 - 5:00 pm

Thursdays: Weight Room 3:45 - 5:00pm

Cost: $275                                      

NOTE: This is NOT your registration for the High School Track & Field Season. You will need to do that with the Athletic Department prior to the season.
